E-Prime Go 1.0
Detail
The E-Prime Go website allows users to store E-Prime Go Tasks (.exe files) and data files. Users can store up to 2GB of data on the website. The E-Prime Go website displays summary data usage in the bottom left of the browser window. In addition, the Data Usage tab which is available when the menu is expanded, provides additional data storage details. The summary and detailed data information is shown in the image below:
The percentage of available data used increases as more tasks and data are uploaded to the site. When 80% or more of data is used, the "Data Used" text on the browser window turns red to indicate 20% or less of space is free.
Data usage information was added to E-Prime Go 1.0 version 1.0.2.41. However, the 2GB maximum policy was not enforced until E-Prime Go version 1.0.3.61. Therefore, we recommend researchers ensure that they have sufficient available space because accounts that exceed the 2GB limit are not be able to upload additional experiments.
The image below shows the Data Usage tab for an account with over 2GB of data used. This account must have data deleted to upload new tasks.
NOTE: Although accounts with insufficient space will not be able to upload new E-Prime Go Tasks, the 2GB data is not enforced on session data. This ensures that all session data is uploaded to the site after a participant completes a task.
NOTE: To clear up space, download data locally and then delete it from the website. Additionally, delete any unused E-Prime Go Tasks. See INFO: Deleting E-Prime Go experiments and data [36295] for more information on deletion. We recommend regular deletion of unused tasks and saving data locally; the E-Prime Go website should not be used for permanent storage.
