This article applies to:
E-Prime Go 1.0
Symptoms
E-Prime Go does not display correctly on the computer's monitor.
Detail
Windows is required to run on a variety of screen sizes. Many computers and tablets may be set to a different DPI. The fluctuating DPI settings across computers occurs because of the differences in screen size and resolution.
If a different DPI setting is used other than 100%, parts of the E-Prime Go interface may be cut off. This could affect both a researcher packing an experiment and a participant navigating the interface to run the task.
For example, the Pack button cannot be clicked in the image below because the DPI is set to 175%:
Workaround
If there are issues with the appearance of font, images, etc. while running E-Prime Go, change the DPI settings on the computer to 100%.
