Detail
All public Certificate Authorities, have deprecated older root CA certificates to be compliant with industry standards (https://knowledge.digicert.com/alerts/code-signing-changes). When E-Prime 3.0.3.214 was signed, the root certificate did not accept legacy timestamps causing compatibiilty issues if the machine's certificates were not updated (https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/authenticode-signature-verification-fails-with-new-timestamping-cross-root).
