This bug was first reported in E-Prime 188.8.131.52 (Update 3).
A -999 error appears when canceling the detach of a detached Cloud License.
No workaround is needed. Despite showing a -999 error, the cancel detach works as intended and the detach is canceled. This means that the Cloud License will no longer be detached and an internet connection will be required in the future.
NOTE: Please contact Psychology Software Tools support if you are unable to access your Cloud License after doing a cancel detach.
