This bug was first reported in E-Prime 22.214.171.124 (Update 3).
Customer Information is not passed from the installer to the E-Prime Runtime Registration screen when E-Run is first used.
Do not enter Customer Information during the installer. Instead, enter information when E-Run is first used. Either open E-Run or a double-click an .ebs3 file to bring up the Registration dialog.
NOTE: If an Evaluation version of E-Prime 3.0 was previously installed, navigate to "C:\ProgramData\Pst\E-Prime\3.0" and delete the Registration.xml. Then launch E-Run to enter your serial number. If prompted to associate the .ebs3 file type, accept. If this fails, manually associate it when launching a .ebs3 file or reinstall the E-Prime 3.0 Runtime.
