E-Prime Extensions for Tobii Pro 3.2
Symptoms
The error message that appears when a Movie's Start Position is a non-zero value is incorrect.
Detail
The current error message states:
Invalid stretch settings when creating media images from files. The display object referenced in a call to TobiiProLab_SetDisplayEvent presents content from a file. Stretch must be enabled and the graphic must be stretched in both directions on the display object in order for it to be referenced on SetDisplayEvent.
NOTE: The above error also appears when you are using invalid stretch settings.
Movies displayed in Tobii Pro Lab-enabled E-Prime experiments need to have a Start Position value that is 0 so they are recorded correctly in Tobii Pro Lab.
The error message should state the text in the Workaround below.
Workaround
Invalid Start Position for the MovieDisplay object or SlideMovie sub-object. Ensure that the Start Position is set to a value of 0 (i.e., 00:00:00.000).
