To ensure each frame of your video is displayed consistently, use videos that run at frame rates (fps) which are integral divisors of the refresh rate.

For example, if the E-Prime experiment refresh rate is 60Hz, then the video should run at frame rates 60, 30, 20, etc.

NOTE: There is a bug in E-Prime 2.0 which results in dropped frames when using a frame rate that matches the refresh rate (e.g., 60Hz refresh rate and 60 fps). This bug has been resolved in E-Prime 3.0.

To locate the frame rate of your video, right-click the video and select "Properties". Then select the "Details" tab.
