E-Prime Extensions for Tobii Pro 3.2
Symptoms
A Tobii Pro-enabled experiment crashes E-Studio on a subsequent experiment run.
Detail
This bug typically occurs after a first experiment run is unsuccessful. Experiment run 1 can end for numerous different reasons:
- An E-Object is jumped over when the eye tracker is tracking (i.e., in between TETStartTracking and TETStopTracking).
- TETStartTracking is jumped over.
- A Conditional Exit (i.e., Ctrl+Shift+Backspace) occurs during Calibration or TrackStatus.
This bug occurs on experiment run 2. Starting experiment run 2 results in a crash of E-Studio.
NOTE: This list above is the known reasons why this bug occurs. If you encounter another reason, please inform Psychology Software Tools.
Workaround
Reopen E-Studio and attempt to run the experiment again. Attempt to avoid / correct what caused the experiment to end in run 1.
