BUG: Custom SlideSlider Indicator cannot be dragged with mouse [30611]

Symptoms

When using a Custom Indicator, the Indicator cannot be dragged by the mouse.

Detail

The Indicator must be selected (clicked on), held down, and moved (released).

You cannot click on the Axis to drag the Indicator where the mouse is.

Workaround

There are multiple workarounds Users could do to avoid this issue:

Click the tick mark of where the Indicator should be moved to.
Use InLine script to move the Indicator based on the CursorX position.
Use the Keyboard device to move the Indicator by setting the Button Device's 'Input Device to Filter' property to 'Keyboard.'
