Symptoms
E-DataAid hangs and closes when attempting to use the Find and Replace functionality.
Detail
This issue occurs when the "Match whole word only" box is unchecked and when "Find Next" or "Replace" is executed.
Workaround
There are a couple ways for working around this issue:
- Keep "Match whole word only" checked.
- Manually search through the data and make the changes as needed.
- Export the data to a third-party program (e.g., Excel, SPSS Statistics, etc.) for analysis.
