BUG: E-Prime Command Reference opens twice [30395]

Symptoms

Using F1 to open the E-Prime Command Reference (ECR) from E-Studio results in two instances of the ECR being opened in a web browser.

Detail

Pressing F1 after the Template dialogue is closed opens two individual tabs of the ECR in a web browser. Pressing F1 during the Template dialogue results in one instance of the ECR opening.

Workaround

There are multiple workarounds to this issue in E-Studio:

• Press F1 to open the ECR prior to closing the Template dialogue.
• Open the ECR by navigating to Help > E-Prime Command Reference.
