This article applies to:
E-Prime 3.0
This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 3.0.3.60 (Update 1).
Symptoms
List Object columns appear large and cannot be resized in E-Studio.
Detail
This issue may occur when using a machine with high DPI scaling.
Solution
Update to E-Prime 3.0.3.60 or later.
Once updated, open your experiment in E-Studio, close and save E-Studio, then open the experiment again. The fix should take effect upon on the second opening and work normally in the future (i.e., allowing you to resize).
If for some reason this still does not fix the issue, after updating to Update 1, you can delete the List (and delete from Unreferenced E-Objects) and recreate the List object. Note that you can click ID in the List to highlight the entire List. Then do a Ctrl + C to copy the List data. If you paste it in a program such as Excel (Ctrl + V), it looks normal. You need to re-type the Attribute column names. All newly created experiments in E-Prime 3.0.3.60 keep normal sized columns when switching between machines with different DPI settings.
Workaround
These workarounds are intended only for those users who are unable to update to the E-Prime version that contains the bug fix.
As an alternative, you can store your Lists in text or xml files.
