E-Prime Go 1.0 (1.0.3.61)
Detail
E-Prime Go (1.0.3.61) is the latest version of E-Prime Go. It is an expansion of E-Prime 3.0 that allows researchers to collect data remotely. Researchers can decide what .ebs3, resource files, and any other files to “pack” in a distributable .exe file. Once the .exe is distributed, it can be unpacked along with any necessary files to run the experiment on a machine.
E-Prime Go 1.0.3.61 introduces enhanced experiment status tracking and error handling. In prior versions of E-Prime Go, a data file upload failure (for example due to an internet connection issue) required the researcher to request that the participant locate the data file on their local computer and provide it to the researcher. The latest version of E-Prime Go addresses upload issues by providing participants with retry options. See INFO: E-Prime Go participants can retry submitting data files after a Data Transfer Error [41045] for more information about the retry data submission functionality.
In addition, the experiment status information on the E-Prime Go site have been enhanced to offer better clarity; see INFO: Experiment status on the E-Prime Go website [36990] for details. Finally, if a runtime error occurs then the error message and E-Recovery text file are uploaded to the E-Prime Go site; see INFO: Enhanced Experiment Status and Runtime error information available on E-Prime Go website [36046].
