Experiment Description
Participants are asked to press the spacebar at the end of a predetermined time period and are ranked on how close they get to the correct time period. They are either given feedback at the beginning or not, and then they are given feedback later.
Experiment Instructions
This experiment uses nested lists to create sentences which either make sense or do not make sense. There are 4 primary lists; two lists each for question sentences and declarative sentences. Participants use a keyboard and either press SPACE to continue the sentence or ENTER to end the sentence when it stops making sense. 12 SlideObjects are used in succession each will show 1 word more than the SlideObject preceding it.
