Experiment Description
Subjects read sentences and then are asked to read a target word aloud. The target word is either related or not related to the sentence. Twenty-three sentence/target word pairs are presented in random order.
Experiment Instructions
After reading a sentence, press the space bar to continue. When the target word appears, read the word aloud. In the baseline version of this task, the SRBox's microphone records the reaction time to read the word. In the non-SRBox version of the task, participants must press the space bar after reading the word aloud as a measure of reading reaction time.
NOTE: Versions of this experiment with Keyboard and SRBox input are attached.
