This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (188.8.131.52).
The serial number field in the About Box of E-Studio 2.0 either displays an incorrect value or displays "Unknown". This is due to an internal error.
Upgrade to E-Prime 184.108.40.206 or later.
These workarounds are intended only for those who are unable to update to the version of E-Prime that contains the bug fix:
Run the license manager program. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\PST\E-Prime 2.0\Program and double click on LicenseManager.exe. An E-Prime 2.0 registration window will appear that displays your serial number.
Review the E-Prime entry in the Control Panel's list of installed programs. Navigate to Window's Uninstall or Change a Program applet via the Control Panel (specific steps may vary based on your version of Windows). Your serial number is displayed under the "Product ID" column.
