Symptoms
StartupInfo prompts cause a lock up if Keyboard input is used.
Detail
Microsoft updated many Input Method Editors (IMEs) in Windows 10 2004. Currently, it is known that the Microsoft Japanese IME and Microsoft Simplified/Traditional Chinese IME cause lock ups when attempting to use the Keyboard on StartupInfo prompts with E-Prime 2.0. This affects both E-Studio and E-Run.
NOTE: This issue may occur on other IMEs as well such as Microsoft Korean IME, etc. Please report any issues to Psychology Software Tools support.
