BUG FIX: Better performance during drag and drop between copies of E-Studio [19562]

This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (2.0.10.353).

Symptoms
When dragging and dropping objects between two instances of E-Studio, performance can be slow or E-Studio may crash.

Detail
E-Prime 2.0 release includes two related new features, the ability to open multiple instances of E-Prime and the ability to drag and drop objects from one instance of E-Studio to another. However, when dragging and dropping objects, E-Studio sometimes responds slowly to user input or crashes.

Solution
Upgrade to E-Prime 2.0.10.353 or later.

Workaround
This workaround is only intended for those who are unable to update to the version of E-Prime that contains the bug fix:

 
Save your work frequently when dragging and dropping objects from one experiment to another.
