Symptoms
The Experiment Advisor Report incorrectly states that there is an Input Mask in the experiment with a Time Limit property set to "Until Feedback" but no Feedback object is present in the procedure. The Experiment Advisor erroneously reports this problem when no Input Mask has its Time Limit property set to "Until Feedback".
Detail
The Experiment Advisor is a feature of the E-Prime 2.0 Production Release (version 2.0.10.242) Professional edition that checks for potential design and timing issues in an experiment. The results of the Experiment Advisor can be found either in E-Studio's Output window or in an Experiment Advisor Report file that is generated at the end of the experiment.
One of the Experiment Advisor Modules is called the "Use of (until feedback) when no FeedbackDisplay available" module. This module checks all of the Time Limit properties of every Input Mask in the experiment. If the Time Limit property is set to "(until feedback)" but no FeedbackDisplay object can be found in the experiment, this module will report this in
E-Studio's Output window after generating or running an experiment.
Workaround
Remove the Input Mask that is being reported by the Experiment Advisor and add it back in. Make sure not to set it to "(until feedback)".
