This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (2.0.8.86).

Symptoms
The settings in the Options area of CodecConfig not saved between editing sessions despite clicking on the Save button. This results in a loss of properly configured codec packages in E-Prime.

Solution
Upgrade to E-Prime 2.0.8.86 or later.
