This bug was corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (2.0.8.90).

Symptoms
When first opening E-Studio, the "Do you want to copy samples/tutorials?" prompt appears.
If you select No, no samples/tutorials are copied, but a success message box appears indicating that samples/tutorials were copied.

Solution
Upgrade to E-Prime 2.0.8.90 or later.
