This article applies to:
E-Prime 2.0
This bug was first reported in E-Prime 2.0 (2.0.8.45).
This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (2.0.8.90).
Symptoms
E-DataAid 2.0 export from analyze option incorrectly results in a text file with all numbers and no data.
Detail
In E-DataAid, if you're in "Tools->Analyze..." then click the "Run" button, the "Export" button on that screen will create an invalid text file. This behavior has been fixed.
Likewise, if you're in "Tools->Batch Analysis" and click the "Export" button, it was saving things improperly. The Save As dialog box on this particular screen now has two options in the "Save As Type" dropdown:
- "Text file (*.txt)" - will save as ANSI
- "Unicode text (*.txt)" - will save as Unicode
Solution
Upgrade E-Prime 2.0.8.90 or later.
