This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (2.0.8.87).

Symptoms
When using a MovieDisplay object that has the Stretch property enabled, the first frame of the movie will display in an improper location/size and then subsequent frames appear as expected.

Solution
Upgrade to E-Prime 2.0.8.87 or later.
