To restore the Menu Bar if it is missing from E-Studio, please close all instances of E-Studio. Then run the ResetUtilityWindows executable.
The ResetUtilityWindows application resets all Utility Windows in E-Studio. After running the application, the menu bar becomes visible when opening E-Studio.
If the issue persists, please create a web support ticket (see INFO: How to submit a support request and check the request's status [28276]).
