Detail
To terminate a test session, a keyboard must be attached to the computer running CAMCI-Research. Press and hold the Ctrl and Shift buttons at the same time until a message is displayed indicating that the test session has been terminated. Once the terminate sequence has been pressed, the session is terminated.
The buttons may need to be held for several seconds. If audio playback is in progress, or if the system is waiting for a response to a stimulus, the display of the message may be delayed briefly. If the message does not display immediately, simply press and hold the buttons concurrently again until the termination dialog appears.
Test sessions are automatically terminated at the end of the protocol, however, the early termination sequence is provided to allow the administrator the ability to terminate a test session. For example, this should be used if a subject is unable or unwilling to finish the protocol. The early termination sequence is intended to be used ONLY by the test administrator and should not be shown to the subject.
For a user-terminated test session, a subject report including task scores for tasks that were completed prior to the termination is available.
