INFO: Deactivating an active license [22325]

If necessary, a CAMCI-Research license may be permanently deactivated. Deactivation is rarely required, and should only be invoked after consultation with PST Product Service & Support. To deactivate a license follow these steps:

1. Open Licensing and Activation from the Product Information menu
2. Select the License Information option from the menu
3. Select Permanently Deactivate License to deactivate the license
4. Select Yes if you are positive you want to deactivate the license
5. Contact Psychology Software Tools and provide the deactivation Confirmation Code
