Symptoms
Many machines ship with mice that have a third wheel button. This button permits the user to scroll the contents of windows without having to manually click the scroll bars. On some systems, the scroll button may not react properly to InLine or User Script windows.
Detail
If the scroll wheel is not working on the mouse, the operating system may not have the most up to date driver to permit for all applications to scroll properly.
Typically, updating the mouse driver corrects this problem.
Solution
If you have a Microsoft mouse, you can download the latest drivers at https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/mice. For Logitech and other brands, please check with the brands website to download any drivers.
