Symptoms

After installing E-Prime 2.0 on a machine with the Symantec antivirus software, right-clicking any item will result in a Symantec pop-up that attempts to install a new feature. This installation will fail and the Symantec software will still request to install a new feature when an item is right-clicked.

Solution

Uninstall and then reinstall the Symantec software after E-Prime 2.0 has been installed.
