This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 3.0.

Symptoms

The PackageFile Editor does not prompt to save after modification when pressing "X" to close either E-Prime 2.0 Standard or E-Prime 2.0 Professional.

Solution

Upgrade to E-Prime 3.0 or later.
