This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (2.0.8.89).

Symptoms
Editing properties associated with the Frame property page for a MovieDisplay show no options in each dropdown combo box.

Solution
Upgrade to E-Prime 2.0.8.89 or later.
