This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 3.0.3.31.
Symptoms
Sound playback may clip after the first playback of a sound (i.e., on repetition of the sound).
Detail
In E-Prime 2.0.10.x, there is a known issue when using a absolute path for a SoundOut or SlideSoundObject that may cause clipping after the first playback of a sound.
Solution
Upgrade to E-Prime 3.0.3.31 or later.
Workaround
This workaround is intended only for those who are unable to update to the version of E-Prime that contains the fix:
Use an Attribute reference for the Filename even if you are only using a single sound.
