STARTUPINFO EDITOR: StartupInfo File Creation [22733]

When launching the StartupInfo Editor application from the E-Prime 3.0 folder on the Windows Start menu or from the Tools menu in E-Studio, a new StartupInfo (*.startupinfo3) file is created automatically. New StartupInfo files contain no properties or values. If a new StartupInfo file is not currently open in the StartupInfo Editor, a new one can be created by selecting "New" from the File menu or by clicking the "New" icon in the Toolbar.
