Detail
SlideButtons, including SlideSliders and SlideChoices, are overlaid on top of SlideMovies. Unlike SlideText and SlideImage sub-objects, which are always overlaid by a SlideMovie, SlideButtons are drawn over a SlideMovie. The z-order of the SlideMovie cannot be changed to allow the Movie to appear on top of a SlideButton with the E-Basic BringToFront method (see www.pstnet.com/ecr for more information on this method).
It is possible to set a custom image for the SlideButton in its sub-object Property Pages > Background tab.
If you would like to use Transparency, you can use the Color Key. In the image above, the "Use Color Key" is set to "Yes" and the Color Key set to "blue". Make sure to also set the BackStyle to transparent on the General tab.
Make sure to delete the Text on the Text tab if you do not wish Text to be shown.
In the image below, both Buttons are using the same image. The Button on the Left displays the image normally with a Blue background. The Button on the Right is using the Color Key to hide the blue and set the BackStyle to transparent to show the video behind it.
