This error occurs in older versions of the PsychMate Student software.
Workaround
Update to the latest PsychMate software. To identify the version currently being used, log in to PsychMate Student and click the 'About' button. We recommend uninstalling older versions of PsychMate. Then, the latest version can be downloaded and installed.
