E-Prime Extensions for Brain Products extends E-Prime to be compatible with Brain Products EEG systems (http://www.brainproducts.com/).

BrainVision Recorder is a required application for running E-Prime Extensions for Brain Products experiments. BrainVision Recorder controls the amplifiers and saves the EEG data; E-Prime communicates with Recorder during an E-Prime experiment. See Brain Product's web page on Recorder for details on the Recorder application. 

The Brain Products TriggerBox is a hardware device designed to send triggers from a running experiment (e.g., E-Prime experiment) to an EEG system (e.g., BrainVision Recorder). The TriggerBox is not required for E-Prime Extensions for Brain Products: a TriggerBox, a Parallel Port, or a Chronos device can be used as an output device to BrainVision Recorder. See Brain Product's web page on the TriggerBox for details on this output device.
