INFO: Warning message appears when routine is not part of PackageCall name [17218]

To assist the user with any confusion when adding PackageCalls to an experiment, a warning message is displayed when a routine specified for a PackageCall is not part of the name of the PackageCall object itself.

For example, if the PackageCall name is "MyCompetionCall" and the routine specified is "Startup", then the warning message is shown. The name of the PackageCall object has no affect on the running of the experiment, but PST encourages the names of the PackageCall object to include the routine name to help with experiment management and organization.
