This bug has been fixed in E-Prime 1.2 (1.2.1.793).

Symptoms
Calling Display.WaitForVerticalBlank in succession results in improper vertical blank synchronization.

NOTE: Experiments affected by this are logged properly, but will show that a display occurred one refresh early or late.

Solution
Update to E-Prime 1.2 or later.
