This bug has been fixed in E-Prime 1.1 SP3.

Symptoms
After applying E-Prime 1.1 SP2, compiling an experiment or starting an experiment seems to take an exceptionally long period of time to complete.

Detail
A correction in SP2 was not implmented to its most efficient solution, causing compile times to increase.

Solution
Update to E-Prime 1.1 SP3 or later.
