This bug has been fixed in E-Prime 1.1.

Symptoms
An experiment that has a List and all the level weight values at zero, then using OffsetOrder with a Subject > 1 will cause a crash. The List object internally does not handle this scenario properly.

Solution
Update to E-Prime 1.1.
