BUG: Host name appears as question marks (???????) [42281]

Symptoms

Host appears as question marks (?) in the NIRx Selection Dialog (during NIRx_Open) and the NIRx device.

Detail

The Host may appear as question marks when using foreign languages or emojis for the Host name.

This can be ignored, and you can still connect to the Host. However, the data file reports question marks (?) as the Host name.

Workaround
