In order to run the MoTrak software, the hardware key must be attached to the computer. Take care not to misplace or lose your hardware key, as it can be costly to replace.

The HASP drivers are not installed with the MoTrak installation. Failure to install the HASP drivers results in a licensing error.

To download the latest HASP driver, you need to visit the Gemalto Sentinel Customer Community page. Navigate to the webpage and install the latest Sentinel HASP/LDK driver needed for MoTrak. A reboot of the machine may be required after installation.
