The purpose of this article is to ensure that the firmware and software used for the Persaio Noise Cancelation system are compatible. If you find that you are experiencing issues with this device at any point, it could possibly be due to an incompatibility between the firmware and software.

The following is the recommended firmware and software versions:

• Firmware - 1.0.1.5
• Software - 1.0.1.5

If the version of firmware and software that you are using does not exactly match the values in this chart then PST strongly recommends updating. Persaio is considered “field upgradeable” which means that it is possible to load new firmware on the Persaio device without sending it back to Psychology Software Tools. Please contact Psychology Software Tools Product Service and Support to upgrade the firmware on your Persaio device (support.pstnet.com).

If you would like to update the version of the Persaio software that you are using, a download is available on our Product Service and Support site to all registered users. You can find this download by going to support.pstnet.com. This update is available to all logged-in, registered users under our Downloads section.
