NOTE: PST does not recommend changing SetOSThreadPriority unless necessary and directed by PST staff members.

SetOSThreadPriority has been updated to allow for more subtle changes in operating system thread communication with E-Prime.

The values of 0, 1, 2, and 3 remain for backwards compatability, but they have been mapped to 584, 576, 545, and 529 respectively.

SetOSThreadPriority now accepts values from 500-599.

E-Studio generated a call to SetOSThreadPriority -1, which maps to 584 on a multi-core system and 527 on a single-core system.
