sending different trigger values depending on the task condition

Hello,

 

I have been using an emotional dot-probe task in my current study, and the way the E-Prime is set up is to send the same trigger value (such as 42) when two emotional faces appear on the screen. Now that I am thinking about batch-processing the EEG data across participants using a script, it would be nice we could send different trigger values such as 42 for neutral-neutral faces, 43 for fear-neutral faces, and so forth. I wonder if you can explain how to achieve this goal?

 

p.s. I am using the BrainVision Actichamp system. FYI.
