Regarding error 31526

We try to start the recording right after the calibration using an eye-tracker. However, upon opening it, an error message was broadcasted with error number 31526, which ends our experiment abruptly. It was operating like normal and smoothly this morning. Yet in the evening, we started experiencing problems even though we follow proper procedures per the flow of the experiment
