Making the image in the slide change according to the value of the slider

Hello all,

I'm interested in having the picture in the slide change according the value of the slider bar.

I have 100 images that should correspond with the slider values, but I don't know how to make the connection. I guess some sort of inline is needed, but I'm struggling with the code.

Your help is highly appreciated.
