E-Prime Go last status as "Processing DataFiles"

Ran into a new issue recently with Automatic Data collection for one of my E-Prime Go experiments. One of the experiments has given a Last Status of "Processing DataFiles" (see image below), and it's been stuck like that for several hours without resolving. There are no data files associated with it as well--similar to Experiment Finished status error--so I'm guessing that perhaps the experiment crashed on the participants end just  as it was uploading? Anyone else run into this problem, or know any known fixes?
