How to calculate the entire experiment time exactly?

Hi, 

I am using eprime 3.0 to build an fmri experiment. When I finished my experiment. I want to check the timing out. The entire experiment was designed to be 396 s. How could I calculate the exact duration?

I was meant to check the onsetTime of the first object, and the finishTime of the Last objects. Is the difference between the two timing the actual duration ? But the time was not what I expected to?
