    I've encountered the same issue as well. For what it's worth, I only have problems with this on machines running Windows 10. I have experiment computers that are still on Windows 7 that don't have this problem at all -- they will run the run file just fine. So it's something to do with Windows 10 and e-prime's interaction with it. I haven't figured it out yet myself.

    Thank you very much! But I'm afraid that my laptop can't be changed back to Windows 7. The technical support  suggests that we need to check for some other devices' version. Bellow are the details of their advices. I haven't check them yet, hope they are useful to you. Thanks again! :)
