Unable to communicate with thread that fills the sound buffer contents

Hi Eprime experts,

I am getting this error transiently when loading my audio files "Unable to communicate with thread that fills the sound buffer contents". Some times it is fixed by deleting the audio load files. Some times this does not work. I would really like to know if someone has a permanent solution for this error. Thanks!
